Orders typically ship out within 2 business days of when the order was placed. After that, USPS usually takes between 2 and 5 business days to deliver.

We ship where ever USPS delivers.

Once we ship out your order, it is in the hands of USPS and there isn't really much that we can do. Please contact USPS and fill out a lost package form. Once you've filled out the lost package form, it may take several days to get a response. Please be patient. If the response you get from USPS is that they lost the item in the mail, please get in touch and we can figure out the next steps.
